Renters use this to look up a landlord or a property before they sign. They read the rating, what previous tenants liked, and what was frustrating.
A house, townhouse, or condo is listed under the most recent landlord, shown as a first name and last initial. You can reply to a review. This is not a listing for vacancies.
How reviews work
Half stars are allowed. A landlord earns Superior Host at 4.5 or higher with at least 40 reviews. Attaching a lease marks the review as a confirmed tenant. A new review is added to the list. It does not replace the summary.
