Fair one month deposit and cheap pet rent. House has a 2 car garage and very few neighbors. Most of the surrounding townhouses are airbnb, so its pretty quiet from Mon-Thurs Leaky roof terrace above the downstairs bedroom and house get WARM in the summer since its so tall.
