Leasing process was extremely streamlined. I was approved and had keys within 5hrs of application. The building is new(er) (2017) and well kept. Most tenants are working age with some college students. Nine 15 has the nicest gym out of any apartment in downtown Tampa, and a rooftop pool that gets sun all day. On the edge of downtown, it gives you easy access to I-275 and close proximity to any downtown event or walking distance to the Tampa Riverwalk. Highly recommend. Fridge does not have water tap, but makes ice. Had to buy a Brita to keep in fridge. Maintenance is quick and units are well insulated. I do hear music from neighbors from time-to-time but that is an outlier as normally it is very quiet. A lot of foot traffic from local bar across that is open late and can sometimes hear their music.
