How reviews work
Half stars are allowed. A landlord earns Superior Host at 4.5 or higher with at least 40 reviews. A submitted review is saved and stays on the property page. It does not replace other reviews.
For landlords and owners
Renters use this to look up a landlord or a property before they sign. They read the rating, what previous tenants liked, and what was frustrating.
A house, townhouse, condo, or apartment is listed by its address. If you name a landlord or a management company, that name is stored on your review only. An apartment can name a different company later. Older reviews keep the company they were written about. This is not a listing for vacancies.
