First apartment out of college when moving to Tampa post-grad. Affordable, in a growing area, nice amenities and events. Interior pool-facing unit which was a spacious 2br/2ba. Pool was busy during the summer. Younger crowd with a decent amount of college kids (UTampa). Parking was never an issue. Walls were a little thin, but overall decent/respectful neighbors. Duckweed urban grocery downstairs was great for last minute needs or beer/wine. Walkable to the new Rome Collective.
